Where are the apartments located?

All our apartments are located near the main square in Cracow, right in the heart of the city.

Are the apartments safe?

Yes.  Both the area and the apartments are very safe.  Some of the apartments are equipped with a safe

Can you access the apartments by an elevator?

Yes. Majority of the apartments are accessible by elevator.  Please e-mail us for more detailed information

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 12 pm (noon). 

What makes these apartments so attractive?

Our apartments are very attractive for several reasons.  Firstly they are large, very comfortable, fully furnished individual apartments.  In each you will find a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room.  Secondly they are much large then the average hotel room and offer all the comforts of a home.  Thirdly they are located right in the heart of the city.

What are the apartments equipped with?

We try our best to ensure that you feel right at home in our apartments.  That is why all the apartments are equipped with satellite television, telephone, internet, and a washing machine.  In the kitchen you will find a microwave, a fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a stove.  Also in each apartment there is a hair drier, an iron and an ironing board for your convenience. 

Are bed sheets and towels provided?

Yes. If you stay with us longer then a week, we will provide you with an additional set of fresh towels and sheets for your convenience.

Are there additional cleaning costs for the apartment?

No.  Everything is included in the price.  If you stay with us for over a week there is a weekly cleaning service provided.  You may ask for additional cleaning services at an added cost. 

What are the conditions for a reservation?

In order to confirm your reservation you must make a deposit of 20% of the total price.  Only under special circumstances do we confirm a reservation without a deposit, however, that is left at our discretion.   You may make a deposit by transferring money to us or with a credit card. 

How may I make a reservation?

The easiest way to make a reservation is to fill out the online form.  We will reply with a confirmation within 12 hours.

What is the price for the rental of the apartment?

The price for the apartment is based on a per unit price, NOT per person.  The prices very depending on the size of the apartment.  We offer discounts for says longer then seven days.  If you rent an apartment with a larger number of people, the average cost per person is much smaller then in a hotel. 

Is there internet and a phone in the apartment?

Yes.  Every apartment is equipped with a cable for high speed internet.  There is also a phone in the apartment which can be used for local calling.

How far is it to the nearest taxi stand and a bus/tram stop?

The nearest taxi stand is 100 m away and the nearest bus/tram stops are 200 m away.

What is the shortest and longest amount of time that I may rent an apartment for?

Our apartments are available for one night, a week, a month, and a year or longer.  We will adjust to fit your schedule

Are there any additional costs that I may incur?

Everything within the apartment is included in the price.  What is not included are the parking fees.  Also, if during your stay any thing in the apartment is damaged or broken there will be additional repair/replacement fee charged.
